Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

Refunds may be offered in the following cases:

  • If the service was not provided as scheduled and a reschedule is not possible.

  • If the cleaner was unable to access the property due to a mistake on our part.

  • If there was severe dissatisfaction after a re-clean attempt and the issue remains unresolved.

 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The property was inaccessible or unsafe at the time of service due to the client.

  • The complaint is made more than 24 hours after the cleaning.

  • The issue involves pre-existing damage or unreasonable expectations beyond the scope of the agreed service.
