Essentia Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Services are provided based on availability and agreed-upon scope during booking.
1. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking platform.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of [e.g., $25 or a percentage].

No-shows or failure to provide access will result in the full service fee being charged.
2. Payments

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, where reasonable.
5. Liability and Damages

Our cleaners exercise care when handling your property. However,Essentia Cleaning Services is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Wear and tear

Items not disclosed as fragile or of high value

Clients must inform us in advance of any delicate or high-value items.

Any damage claims must be made within 48 hours of the service.
6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services to any client due to unsafe conditions, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
